Hello, gazers! It’s that time again for another Single Saturday. This week’s edition features an artist hailing from Italy by the name of MICROMECHA.

The track we’re reviewing today is titled “Whirlpool,” and just as the title suggests, the sound creates an incredible sonic whirlpool. Beautiful ambient pads embrace the track, accompanied by atmospheric breakcore drums that feel like they could take you to another galaxy.

Every second of “Whirlpool” is amazing. It’s a clash of so many different sounds and textures that words can hardly describe the immersive feeling you get when hearing it for the first time. It’s fast-paced, yet somehow incredibly relaxing at the same time. In my opinion, it truly gives you the best of both worlds.
